Privacy Statement

With respect to our long-lasting and trusted relationship with our customers, suppliers, employees and business associates, we see it as our responsibility to handle your data with care. Your personal data will be treated as carefully as possible and secured on the basis of the applicable privacy legislation. The privacy policy of NeD Tax is implemented in agreements, protocols of conduct and (security) measures. Your personal data will only be provided to third parties if this is necessary for the provision of services or for compliance with a legal obligation.

What data do we process?

We process personal data in two cases, i.e. if you are a potential client who fills in contact details on our website and if you are a client or the company for which you work is a client with us. In case you fill in a contact form on our website, we process the following data: first name, last name, gender, e-mail address, telephone number, address, postal code, place of residence. In all other cases, we will process the following information about you: first name, last name, gender, address, postal code, city, country, telephone number, e-mail address, BSN number and the name of the company for which you work. If additional personal data are processed, this is necessary for performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation.

reCaptcha

NeD Tax uses Google’s reCAPTCHA v3 security service to protect contact forms from abuse; this covers both receiving and sending spam. reCAPTCHA v3 adds a piece of code to each website page and uploaded form content for processing by Google. All submissions are reviewed and suspicious submissions are flagged as spam.

Processing principles

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation NeD Tax adheres to the principles for the processing of personal data. If you are a potential client and provide information via our website, we process your personal data in order to be able to contact you and provide you with information. If you are or become a client of ours, we will process your personal data in order to be able to provide our services to you in accordance with the agreement and to be able to inform you on a regular basis. Our processing of your personal data and/or the personal data of your employees therefore takes place in order to perform our contract with you as well as to comply with a legal obligation.

Processing by third parties, provision of data to third parties

NeD Tax also engages other companies to provide its services to you. These are mainly suppliers of software and IT-systems and service providers in the field of payroll administration. All these organisations are located within the European Union, which means that these companies are also subject to the General Data Protection Regulation standards. We will not share your data with third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to do so. This could include an inspection by the Tax Authority and/or an organisation that has a statutory power of investigation.

Amendment to the privacy statement

We may amend this privacy statement at any time. In the event of any change, this will be published on our website. It is therefore advisable to consult this privacy statement on a regular basis.

Under the terms of the privacy legislation, you have the right to request access to and rectification, supplementation, erasure or restriction of your personal data.
